When we made the decision to build our home, we had shopped around for a bit. We wanted a humble family home, something that was very functional, well lit by natural light, good insulation, solid structure and most importantly had to have good aesthetics and be a quality 21st Century home. We met with quite a few builders, had long chats with them, discussed our plans, they said they'd help us in our new venture but it just didn't click with any of them.

He patiently listened to our rambling and after about an hour and half we chose a plan, got him to modify it to suit our needs, and the rest is history. But the most important bit was, his attitude towards our ideas was respectful and he was just as progressive thinker as us. It clicked and there was just no looking back. He is easy to communicate with because he understood what we wanted, and all along the process he was quite accommodating of our needs and made sure we were happy with everything. If something wasn't right, he'd make sure that it was fixed right away.

7 Tuapapa road is our 1st home and we are super proud of what we have achieved. We thank our stars every single day that we are home owners to such a beautiful, well built quality home. If we had to turn back time and change any of it, we actually will not have it any other way. We highly recommend Stu and his team to everyone we know and we will definitely build future projects with him.
