A BBS from Massey in business and 15 years involvement in the building industry means that Stu has a wide range of experience to call on. Keen on old motorbikes and a bit of hunting along with the odd weekend in the showhome and the odd job here and there keeps Stu out of trouble.
A background in business administration and publishing Annette has a passion for design and along with Stu provides building and design advice along with overseeing the contact and specifications documentation. Annette along with her husband are into mountain biking and multisport events so if you are out and about on the Kinloch tracks you will be bound to come across her.
A BMS from Waikato and recent experience in business admin and Real Estate sales means that Annie has all the admin tasks sorted. Recently returned from the UK Annie and her husband are on the property ladder gaining first hand knowledge on property improvement.
How does it work?

Drop into the show home or give us a call. Have a chat and get to know our team and what we can do for you. If you’ve got a site, we’ll come check it out. If you’re comfortable with us we can arrange a meeting to establish your key drivers for the build, what inspires you and what the priorities are. Budget is a consideration at this stage so we don’t go developing a concept which you can’t quite stretch to.
Design your home & budget
Once we’ve got a brief, we’ll pull a concept/discussion document together and get you to drop in to review. Once we’ve got that nailed down, we develop the elevations and details to provide you with an estimate to construct. It’s still early in the process but ultimately everyone has a budget and it’s important we keep this in mind and develop the plan accordingly.
We’ll be looking at the site in terms of covenants and planning rules in order to identify any issues which may trigger any resource consent application.
From time to time we’ll require a short form agreement and a deposit to be paid to cover either Geotech investigations and/or Engineering advice required on the site or proposed plan.
Acceptance of estimates / agreements
Once we’ve nailed down the estimate and it’s within the budget scope, we are in a position to sign off the agreement and specifications and get the working drawings completed.
We’ll arrange the building consent application and any straightforward resource consent application if required.
Ground works, floor, frames, roof, interior, finished. Getting underway, as the build progress develops, we will keep you informed of what is happening and making sure all decisions and final fit outs are followed up and confirmed.
Final code of compliance from the council, final sign off, hand over the keys and present to you your brand-new home.
